Selector search
Emails, domains, IPs, CIDR ranges, Bitcoin addresses and more, with filters, sorting and grouping of similar results.
Intelligence X OSINT search, at intelx.io, lets you look up an email address, domain, IP address or Bitcoin address across data leaks, darknet sites, pastes, whois records and an archive of historical web content. This review covers what it indexes, what it costs, and the legal care that leak data demands.
Intelligence X is a search engine and data archive run by a Prague-based company founded in 2018. It searches selectors such as emails, domains, IPs, CIDR ranges and Bitcoin addresses across leaks, stealer logs, Tor and I2P sites, pastes and whois. It suits threat intelligence and incident response teams. Free accounts get 50 searches a day; paid plans run €2,500 to €20,000 a year.
A selector-based search engine over leaks, darknet content and historical data, operated from the EU.
Intelligence X describes itself as an independent European technology company based in Prague, Czech Republic, founded in 2018 by Peter Kleissner, its CEO (about page). Its search covers the darknet, document sharing platforms, whois data and public data leaks, and keeps a historical archive of results. The company says all its servers are in the EU and that it stores only the data required to provide the service.
Unlike a web search engine, it does not take free-text questions. You search a selector, such as an email address or a domain, and get every indexed record containing it. In our overview of OSINT tools it sits under dark web and leaks.
Selector search, the Phonebook for discovering related emails and URLs, alerts, exports and APIs, with limits set by plan.
Emails, domains, IPs, CIDR ranges, Bitcoin addresses and more, with filters, sorting and grouping of similar results.
Lists domains, email addresses and URLs found under a domain; included on paid and academic plans.
Saved searches that notify you of new records, from 10 alerts on Researcher to unlimited on Enterprise.
CSV and ZIP exports with daily caps, plus printable reports from the search interface.
A Search API on every paid plan; the Leaks API, line-by-line results and stealer log export start at Identity Portal.
A separate identity.intelx.io service for leaked-account checks on the two highest plans.
Pastes, leaks, stealer logs, Tor and I2P sites, whois, DNS, Usenet, WikiLeaks and a public web archive, with most premium buckets on paid plans.
The search interface groups data into buckets (intelx.io). Free users see pastes, WikiLeaks, public leaks, Sci-Hub and a "dumpster" bucket. Marked as paid are Tor and I2P darknet content, whois, Usenet, leaks, the COMB leak compilation, stealer logs and DNS. A public web archive is grouped by region, domain extension and topic.
For a security team, the practical value is speed: one search shows whether a corporate domain appears in leak compilations, stealer logs or paste sites, and when. For investigators, the archive can recover content that has since been deleted from the open web.
Four paid annual plans from €2,500 to €20,000, plus free, academic and trial tiers with daily search limits.
| Plan | Price a year | Searches a day | Phonebook a day | Notable inclusions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free (signed up) | €0 | 50 | None | Search API on fair use |
| Researcher | €2,500 | 200 | 25 | 1 user, 10 alerts |
| API | €7000 | 500 | 100 | Bulk access, product integration |
| Identity Portal | €10,000 | 500 | 100 | Leaks API, stealer log export, reverse lookup |
| Enterprise | €20,000 | 5,000+ | 2,500+ | 5 users included, unlimited alerts |

Visitors who are not logged in get 2 searches a day. A 7-day trial raises exports and adds alerts before the account reverts to Free, and an Academia tier for universities and schools adds Phonebook lookups; its price and eligibility are not published. Enterprise accounts without a business email domain get one user.
It suits security, incident response and threat intelligence teams with a defensive purpose; it is a poor fit for personal curiosity or people searches.
| Good fit | Poor fit |
|---|---|
| Checking your own domains for leaked credentials and stealer logs | Looking up a private person without a lawful purpose |
| Incident response teams scoping a suspected breach | Buyers who need continuous, analyst-reviewed alerts on many assets |
| Researchers who need archived or deleted content | Teams unable to secure and minimize the data they download |
Leaked records are personal data, and leaked passwords are never a license to log in; use results to defend, notify and reset.
Have I Been Pwned covers breach checks cheaply, IntelBase and OSINT Industries add account lookups, and SpiderFoot can query Intelligence X inside wider scans.
Free browser email search and breach notifications; API subscriptions from $4.39 a month, billed yearly (subscription page).
Account lookups across 230+ email and 580+ username platforms with breach and infostealer hits (IntelBase).
IntelBase review →Real-time email, phone and username lookups from £19 a month, with breach data flagged separately.
OSINT Industries review →Free OSINT automation that includes an Intelligence X module, so leak results sit next to infrastructure data (GitHub).
SpiderFoot review →If you need to know what has leaked and what to do about it, an analyst-reviewed check is usually faster than a new subscription.
A search shows records; a response needs to know which are current, which accounts are at risk and what to reset first. Our leaked credential monitoring watches your domains with analyst review, and data breach investigations establish what was exposed and where it circulates. We never buy stolen data or log in with leaked credentials.
For ongoing coverage, see dark web monitoring, or browse our OSINT services for security teams.
Send us your domains, what you suspect and your deadline. We scope it in writing and quote a fixed fee.
A free signed-up account gives 50 selector searches a day across free buckets such as pastes and public leaks, but not the paid buckets: leaks, stealer logs, Tor and I2P content, whois and DNS. To see those, plus the Phonebook and alerts, you need Researcher at €2,500 a year or higher (product page). Stealer log export and the Leaks API start at Identity Portal, €10,000 a year.
Viewing results about your own account for defensive purposes is generally fine, but treat the record as sensitive and keep it only as long as needed. Do not test the password on any account other than your own. Change that password everywhere you reused it, turn on multi-factor authentication, and tell your security team, since the same leak may include colleagues. If you handle records about other people, document why under the GDPR.
Intelligence X describes itself as an independent European technology company in Prague, founded in 2018, with all servers in the EU (about page). It says it stores only the data needed to provide the service. Before searching employee data, read its privacy policy and terms, record your legitimate purpose, limit searches to company accounts, and agree internally who may see the results.
Every paid plan includes a Search API, but bulk access and API product integration start at the API plan, €7000 a year, and the Leaks API at Identity Portal, €10,000. For simple breach checks, Have I Been Pwned offers API subscriptions from $4.39 a month billed yearly. Choose by data need: Intelligence X adds stealer logs, darknet content and archives that breach notification services do not cover.
Do not try to confront the person. Searching leak data to locate an individual raises privacy and safety risks, and leaked details are often old or wrong. Report the scam to the police and your bank or platform first, and preserve messages, payment records and profile links. If a lawyer needs a lawful investigation to support recovery, they can commission one; be wary of anyone offering to recover crypto or money for an upfront fee.
